Flower Show Awards
In March 2015, the Gardeners were awarded the Margaret Buckley Zantzinger Award for the club accumulating the greatest number of points in competitive sections of the Philadelphia International Flower Show.
Dorothy H. Crawford Arrangement Award
Awarded for the most points in Class A.
Given by Mrs. Samuel E. Slaymaker, Jr. for the most points in Class B (novice arrangement classes).
Silver Bud Vase
Given by Mrs. Stockton A. Andrews for the most points in outside arrangement classes.
Mary Helen Lloyd Trophy
A pair of wine coolers awarded for the most points in the Horticultural Classes.
The Dorrance Daffodil Award
Given by Mrs. John H. Moore, Jr. in remembrance of Carter Dorrance for the best daffodil in the April Daffodil Show
Given in remembrance of Mary Crozer Page. Awarded at the June Show to the winner of the best hybrid tea rose.
Anna Hunter Moss Cup
Awarded for the most points in outside shows.

The Gardeners’ Bowl
Nurserymen’s Bowl 1997, Given to the member who has enthusiastically and successfully exhibited in club shows but may not necessarily have accumulated the most points.
Given by Mrs. Arthur Baird Huey for the most points in the Arrangement and Horticulture Classes combined.
The Paula S. Fisher Award
Awarded to a member of The Gardeners who has shown creativity in both
the art of gardening and flower arranging, and has a keen sense of the
natural world around her and shares these talents with others.
The Crowell Photography Bowl
Given by Elizabeth Crowell to be awarded to the Gardner earning the most points in photography
in The Gardners’ Shows, GCA Shows and GCA Publications combined.
Nurserymen’s Bowl – 1993
Awarded to acknowledge special appreciation.
Meadowbrook Farm Pitcher
Awarded when merited or special service to the club.
