Michele opened the meeting by thanking those on the committee tasked for reviewing and creating solutions regarding
reimbursement to members who attend out of town meetings.
There followed a lengthy discussion reviewing the committee’s proposal which if followed, would result in the budget operating in the red.

Michele opened the meeting by announcing that Sarah Collier would be taking a leave of absence from her duties and that Wendy Morse will assume the Civic Gardens activities.

Margot took the floor to begin a discussion relative to updating the membership application.
For proposed applicants, it was agreed to replace “in person signatures” with the proposer and seconders names.
